BURBANK, February 02 - United Sports Media Holdings (USM Holdings) announced today that it has acquired an ownership stake in the basketball
organization, Global Professional Basketball League (GPBL). United Sports Media, a subsidiary of USM Holdings, will handle the duties of Public and
Media Relations while assisting in the expansion of the league. The announcement was made today at a press conference in Hollywood, CA by Rod
Myers, President and Chief Executive Officer, USM Holdings.
